This document outlines the terms and conditions for users signing up on the real estate platform operated by Cityhomez. By completing the sign-up process, users agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.
- Sign-Up Process:
Users can sign up on the platform by providing accurate and verifiable information, including but not limited to personal details, contact information, and any required documentation for identity verification.
- Free Listing of Property:
The platform offers users the opportunity to list their properties for sale or rent for free. The free listing includes basic details about the property, and users can enhance their listings with additional features available on our platform for free.
- Commission Charges on Sales:
For successful property sales facilitated through the Cityhomez, a commission fee of 5% of the final sale price will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale before disbursement to the seller.
- Commission Charges on Letting:
For successful property lettings facilitated through the Cityhomez, a commission fee of 10% of the total rental amount for the initial lease term will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the rental payment before disbursement to the property owner.
- Payment Terms:
Users acknowledge and agree that commission charges will be deducted automatically from the transaction proceeds. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be deducted as required by law.
- Payment Disbursement:
The net proceeds from property sales or lettings, after deducting commission charges and any applicable fees, will be disbursed to the respective user accounts in a whithin 7 working days after both parties finalise the deal, this includes handling of the property document and keys to the now occupier or the new legal owner.
- User Obligations:
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the sign-up process and throughout their engagement with the platform.
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions on made through our website.
- Agreement Duration:
This agreement remains in effect for the duration of the user’s engagement with the platform. Users can terminate their account at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the platform’s termination policy.
- Amendments:
Cityhomez reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
- Termination:
Cityhomez reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of this agreement or any fraudulent activities.
- Acceptance:
By completing the sign-up process, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
